TEI Group primarily works directly with universities and education providers. Whilst we have some recruiting resources, TEI Group does not normally recruit students on a one to one basis. TEI Group's strategy in creating successful long term programs is to foresee and meet upcoming or existing demand for courses or training, based on student, partner or government feedback. By anticipating and understanding the needs of a particular market, programs can be developed in the right direction thus minimising risk. TEI Group discusses this on an ongoing basis with its partners and potential partners and develops programs, pooling joint resources to create and manage joint degrees and other qualifications.

Different partners have different needs and access to different resources. TEI Group manages these relationships and formulates ideas and plans to match partners with like minded ideas and well matched resources. Sometimes two similar partners will offer respective students credit for subjects studied at the partner university and offer a single degree or qualification at the end. Other Programs offer dual degrees, master degrees, professional masters degrees (China) or industry-specific qualifications studied across multiple national or international campuses.

TEI Group develops and manages these programs and relationships, including matching potential partners, hosting initial discussions and providing assistance in developing final contracts. On an ongoing basis TEI Group then manages the administrative side of the program whilst partners can concentrate on their core business: education. TEI Group also manages the financial viability of programs and strives to meet and exceed the partners' expectations.

TEI Group also offers it's own Visa Processing services to students at a discounted rate. This service is an option that program students may take-up and pricing is subsidised by TEI Group. Students often find that the integrated enrolment, administration and Visa Processing that TEI Group can offer makes the entire process more efficient. TEI Group is also able to electronically process many parts of the student's documentation making communication around the globe more straightforward.
